Andrew David "Andy" Hurwitz (born October 1947) is a United States Circuit Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. ==Education and clerkships== Judge Hurwitz graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Princeton University in 1968 with an A.B. in Public and International Affairs.〔(Meet the Justices, Vice Chief Justice Andrew D.
